What information do you collect?
We collect information for usage in processing your order. Your name, email address, and shipping information will be required to process orders. All email correspondence is stored to ensure there is no confusion over what was discussed or requested.
Do you read the feedback?
Absolutely! The only way we can succeed is to know how we are doing and how we can do it better in the future.
Do you disclose any information to outside parties?
It is YOUR information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Will you really try to find what I'm looking for?
Yes, the owner believes strongly in helping others on their wandering path through life and all its difficulties or triumphs. Items seen on travels or a person feels a kinship to is often something that never leaves a person and having those items can bring about a sense of completion or well-being.
Payment Processing - Paypal online or Paypal Here Swipe (for in-person sales)
We are happy to offer PayPal to process your order. If we feel we have overcharged you on shipping or on an item, we will refund the difference. If you order an item we do not currently have in stock as we do order in small amounts, we will automatically refund your money and send you a notification that we have done this and if we are expecting a new shipment of the item(s) you requested in or to inquire whether you want us to special order that particular item for you and any information pertaining to time frame, price change, and other pertinent information.
I live locally, can I come pick up my items instead?
Arrangements for direct delivery is available if you contact the staff to make arrangements. See our NWF local page. If you want it delivered to your home directly, a small convenience fee will be discussed with the staff on hand and is completely negotiable based upon distance. You can arrange to pick up your items for free at the Gulf Breeze Flea Market across from the Zoo. We are open for business every Saturday & Sunday so stop by and see us or arrange for private shopping/pickup Tuesday-Thursday with pre-arrangement. See NWF Local page for details.
Why are your Essential Oils so much cheaper than other suppliers....are they safe?
We get our oils from a trusted supplier...who gives us an affordable price point that we MUST pass along. The Owner uses our Essential oils as her external healing option...and she understands how difficult it is to find something that works..that your body accepts (hence why our Supplements are the same way...she uses those as her internal healers) and so she refuses to make her oils too pricey of an option to at least "try". As a former Asian Linguist...she was exposed to these options during her travels and so she understands the "cost" of obtaining these options so she does not believe just because we are Americans or Westerners that we should have to spend so much to feel better through Old Worlde treatments. If you are comfortable using another oil supplier..that is entirely your choice; we just hope you'll at least "try" ours to see if they do work for you. They are body safe & 100% concentrate but unlike other suppliers we do not recommend you ingest concentrate oils even just "1 drop" as that is quite a lot of the oil itself..please drink a tea...eat the food so your body can process the micro-amounts that should be safe for most people.
Why don't you offer Free Shipping?
The ability to offer Free Shipping would mean our prices would have to be raised or the traffic and purchasing to the site would have to drastically increase. We do try to be fair on shipping...if you have been over-charged, you should receive a notification from PayPal that money is being offered to the email address you provide at checkout. We give you 60 days to accept this payment before we take it away as an option as a refusal to reimbursement. If you'd like to help bring about Free Shipping or even lower prices of our items...please refer out our items & pricing and you may help bring these options about...it is certainly something we would love to do! The ability to get discounts from the major shipping agencies & suppliers comes with us being able to ship out/order in much larger quantities each month...and sadly...we are not at that point...yet.
